Daily Mental Wellness App
Quabble
Quabble is a daily mental wellness app that integrates daily mental workouts in users' loves in a fun, engaging and enjoyable way. This project is a UX audit/heuristic analysis of the current Quabble app screen-by-screen, identifying usability issues and user pain points, to increase user retention rate, user conversion rate, as well as user acquisition.

Challenge
The app has outstanding visuals, but faces some usability issues and UX/UI problems. In order to enhance the overall user experience of the app, thus increase user conversion and acquisition, I conducted a screen-by-screen heuristic analysis, identifying current issues and recommending solutions.
Results
After discussing my findings with the Head of Product at Quabble, we shared the file with the team for priority ranking, and had some high-level discussions regarding strategic considerations reflected in their design decisions.
80% of my recommendations were taken onboard, and around 30% already executed in their updates, leading to increased user engagement, and potentially contributed to the increase of DAUs.

Conclusion
During this project, I was involved in more product-level discussions regarding feature prioritisation, and was able to see design in a different light.
